Beer culture is something we all do together! In my capacity as a brewer, I have spent years learning about beer and passing that information along to consumers, so much that it has become one of my favorite parts of the job. I've taught dozens of classes and curated many events designed to improve the knowledge of those attending and always had great results.


Whether explaining venerated traditions or the thinking behind a radical experiment, I always seek to instill lasting knowledge, strong sense memories, and ongoing engagement. I often elicit crowd participation, encourage questions and discussion, and make sure to personally visit every table to ensure every patron is enjoying themselves. It excites me to pass along the same love of beer and food culture and make human connections while doing so.
